• Question: Why did you choose the area of cells in particular?

      Good question! I think mainly because a lot of people think of cells as being really simple units with a nucleus cell membrane and cytoplasm…but cells are actually really complicated little things and can do many things that I wanted to learn more about.

      For example skin cells can signal to other cells in your blood when you get cut to come and help form a blood clot at the spot where you got hurt. This starts the healing process but is all connected by cells ‘talking’ to each other, which makes them pretty interesting things in my opinion.
