I had a few different ones, and all of them were quite some characters! My favourite was one of my physics teachers, who was in a rock band, had mad white hair and always wore shimmery trousers!

I remember my favourite science teacher in school. She was always so enthusiastic about science and brought many demonstrations to the class room to make things fun. My favourite was when making acid/base tests with everyday things such as cabbage and rose petals.

The only one I remember was very helpful though she would run out of answers after I would follow up with so many questions :). I studied in India where there is not so much emphasis on free thinking and curiosity (maybe it has changed now). I remember I used to wait for the science class excitedly.

Oddly, it was my maths teacher more than my physics teacher that got me into science. She was so enthusiastic about maths and science that it was hard not to be also! Also, my applied maths teacher was so good at explaining everything in an understandable way.
